What is your return policy?

If plant is damaged as a result of USPS please send an email with photos of the damaged plant immediately. Please, understand that I package with the utmost of care, but due to the stresses of shipping your plant may arrive with a leaf that is dying. This is normal and does not warrant a refund. Your plant could also possibly look a bit dehydrated if sitting in transit for too long. Take a photo, water it if soil is dry and give it 24 hours before emailing about a “dead” looking plant. I try hard to take care of my plants and meet my customers expectations! If there are any issues, please email immediately so we can resolve quickly, whether it be a refund, replacement, or opening a claim through USPS. Returns are not the preferred method due to shipping and stressing the plant therefore will only be allowed on plants $50 and more and must be packaged exactly as I had sent them. Thank you!

What is your shipping policy?

I send plants out between Monday through Thursday.

How should I care for my plant when it arrives?

Make sure to inspect plant for any damages. Please understand that shipping is hard on plants, but I try to package with enough care that it won't be in shock by the time it arrives. If damaged due to shipping/handling please make sure to send me a message immediately. Take photos, keep all packaging, receipts, etc. Water plant upon arrival and repot when ready.

Make sure to quarantine your new plant away from your others for about a week! I always check my plants to make sure they're pest free, but this is a healthy habit for all new plants you bring home.

What is your processing time?

Processing is 1-2 business days.

What is your shipping time?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Will you send a tracking number?

Yes, every package sent out will come with a tracking number. Keep an eye out for it in your email within a couple of days after purchasing!

What if my plant arrives damaged or dead?

Please message me immediately. If you purchased priority shipping it comes with insurance on the plant and I will file a claim. Save all packaging and send me photos. Exchanges are currently not available. Refunds will happen once determined that a claim will not pay, and the damage was caused not by the receiver.

What if I don’t receive my package after 5 business days?

Call USPS and let them know you have a lost package that has not arrived and email me with the details immediately!

Do you offer heat packs?

I do not. I make sure to take care in packaging said plant to the best of my ability to make sure it arrives safely and in good condition. If temps drop below freezing in the winter months for just a night, then I will wait a day to send out the package. If it is for a longer consecutive period then I will refund your money and shut down commerce until the temps raise above freezing.

Do you ship with or without dirt?

It depends on the plant. If you have a preference you can always message me immediately after placing your order, but rest assured I have a certification to ship with dirt that gets placed on the outside of each package I send out that contains a plant.
